Job summary

BambooHR is seeking an Outbound Account Executive in Utah, a hybrid role requiring some in-office days weekly. You will prospect, build pipeline, and close new logo opportunities while collaborating with BDRs and cross-functional teams to meet quotas.

You’ll navigate multiple stakeholders, articulate BambooHR’s value, and drive revenue with a customer-centric approach. A background/credit check is required as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• 1-2 years outbound sales experience with prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
• Experience building territory plans and prioritizing account strategy.
• Proven success navigating multiple stakeholders and driving results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Expand top of funnel with your own prospecting in addition to marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships across multiple levels, including C-level executives.
• Drive sales execution and close new logo business using BambooHR’s process.
• Maintain forecasts and build a pipeline to meet bookings targets.
• Provide a smooth handoff to post-sales and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate product proficiency across BambooHR’s service lines.
