The Port of Seattle is seeking an Information Security Specialist - OT/ICS to design, govern, and implement cybersecurity for its Operational Technology environments. You will translate guidance into actionable requirements and collaborate with support teams to secure OT/ICS systems.

You will lead risk assessments, track threats, support audits, and coordinate incident response, ensuring alignment with security architecture and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of information security and OT/ICS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Certifications listed (Security+, Network+, CSSA) preferred.
• Commitment to equity and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and govern cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments and guide security design.
• Translate guidance into actionable OT/ICS security requirements for support teams.
• Oversee risk management and validate compliance with architectures and baselines.
• Track OT threats, vulnerabilities, and recommend control changes.
• Coordinate OT incident response, containment, and remediation actions.
• Support regulatory, audit, and evidence documentation activities.
• Review scans and findings, prioritize remediation with operations impact.
• Identify security gaps in OT network zoning and plan remediations.
• Provide security consultation to OT projects ensuring enterprise alignment.
