Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions, working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will contribute as an SME on active pursuits, develop security assessment reports and remediation roadmaps, and collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with IC technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and incident response in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with common IC protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security assessments against recognized frameworks.
• Evaluate client security posture across Purdue Model layers and identify gaps.
• Deploy OT security tooling and asset discovery platforms.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support.
• Develop detailed security assessment reports, risk registers, and roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development with governance, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, integrators, and OEM vendors to drive outcomes.
• Serve as SME on active OT security pursuits and contribute to RFPs and proposals.
• Contribute to Accenture's OT Security practice through reusable assets and delivery excellence.
