Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks an Organizational Systems Knowledge Coordinator to steward knowledge across the enterprise. You will curate, organize, and disseminate system documentation, data dictionaries, and process guidance to ensure staff understand how technology, data flows, and policies interact.

The role collaborates with IT, product, data, and operations teams to define standards, maintain an accessible knowledge base, and support onboarding with clear references.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in business administration, program management, or program analysis.
• Substitutions allow BA/BS or graduate degree to replace portions of experience.
• Education toward such a degree will be prorated as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an organized repository of workforce system resources.
• Document data movement, origins, dependencies affecting operations and reporting.
• Capture tacit IT knowledge into accessible, structured documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, product, data, and operations teams on current state and future vision.
• Define standards for documentation quality, naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
• Assist onboarding with curated system overviews and data maps.
