Job summary

FM seeks a senior professional to lead its Technical Information Centers in Norwood, MA and West Glocester, RI. You will manage staff, budgets, and services, and drive advanced information management, metadata, and AI-enabled discovery to support scientists and engineers.

The role requires a MLIS or related field and 5+ years in technical information management, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills to align knowledge assets with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in technical information management or related areas.
• Experience with information management technologies and governance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate FM TIC, manage schedules, staff development, and budgets.
• Develop and implement modern information management strategies.
• Oversee catalogs, subscriptions, and data accessibility for scientists.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and research teams.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies.
