Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external sales support for orders.
• Manage orders including entry, backlog, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate material shipments and schedule customer orders.
• Collaborate with sales, reps, purchasing, credit, and legal to resolve issues.
• Proactively communicate order status, pricing and lead times to customers.
• Analyze reports to release orders and improve forecast accuracy.
• Assist with RMA, credit, and re-bill processes.
