Qualifications

• Relocation is not available. Candidate must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC or Woodridge, IL to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide general order management including order entry, backlog management, and status/tracking of orders.
• Collaborate with sales, representatives, purchasing, credit, and legal to resolve order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers about order verification, status, pricing and shipments.
• Coordinate with operations to verify lead times and schedule orders to meet delivery needs.
• Analyze reports to determine orders to release and manage backlog for forecast accuracy.
• Assist with Return Material Authorization, credit, and re-bill processes.
