Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Redlands, CA for a temporary-hire role with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue and Fri). The role focuses on processing orders, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining timely delivery while delivering strong customer service.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, reviewing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and shipment status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of customer service and order management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders submitted by email or electronically.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, inventory, backorders, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Partner with inventory, assembly, and shipping departments to meet customer needs.
• Process product replacement requests and returns.
• Monitor inventory and shipment schedules to improve on-time delivery.
