Job summary

Kelly Services in Redlands, CA is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support customer service and logistics. The role is hybrid, with in-office Tuesday and Friday, and pays $21.50–$22.00 per hour.

You will coordinate orders, communicate with customers and logistics, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate processing. This temp-hire position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s is a plus.
• At least 3 years of customer service and order management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders submitted by email or electronically.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, inventory, backorders and delivery updates.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Partner with inventory, assembly and shipping to meet customer needs.
• Process product replacement requests and returns.
• Monitor inventory and shipments to improve on-time delivery.
• Investigate delayed shipments and help implement solutions.
• Prepare quotes, sales reports, shipment recaps, and backlog updates.
• Review supply and demand discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Participate in team and customer meetings to move orders forward.
