Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our retail operations team in Massachusetts. This hybrid role requires you to work onsite on average 2 days per week and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Production and Finance to ensure accurate, timely order processing.

You will manage new customer setups, validate orders, perform credit checks, and handle post-sale support including invoicing and tax records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management or operations.
• Proficiency with D365 and SharePoint; strong Excel.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes.
• Experience coordinating with Purchasing, Production floor, Shipping, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer setup and onboarding.
• Validate orders and update details as needed.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to provide end-user and licensing information.
• Interface with Customers daily to provide order status and ship dates.
• Manage escalations and exceptions throughout order lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in managing customer return requests.
• Support invoice generation, customer credits, and invoice adjustments.
