Job summary

Banner Engineering seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Analyst to support the EBS environment and related systems. The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing and testing changes, and enabling effective training and documentation across Banner locations.

The position is hybrid, with a minimum in-office presence and a strong emphasis on collaboration with IT and business teams. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Oracle EBS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant relevant experience may substitute.
• 3+ years working with Oracle EBS Modules: Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, OM, WMS.
• 3+ years training others on Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business/department heads to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
• Provide daily support for Oracle EBS production, coordinating with enterprise architecture and identifying interdependencies.
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing with business users (SMEs).
• Design, configure, test and document system changes; manage changes across locations.
• Develop validation plans, end-user documentation, and training materials; conduct trainings for users.
