Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst, Order Management, to design, implement, and support IT solutions in the Oracle EBS environment. You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure optimal adoption and efficient deployment, reporting to IT Business Systems.

The role is based in Andover, MA with a hybrid schedule; travel up to 5% may be required. Bring strong techno-functional skills and a proven track record in Oracle Order Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years as a senior or principal business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Customer, Order Management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping, and Receivables integration.
• Strong techno-functional experience in designing and supporting integration between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate complex issues into business language.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business teams and IT to elicit requirements and validate changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and stakeholders to understand needs and drive design.
• Lead development of functional specifications and integration for order management in Oracle EBS.
• Provide technical leadership leveraging Oracle configuration best practices for automating order management.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Order Management.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to implement improved IT-related processes.
• Travel up to 5%.
