Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite users
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate solutions with IT and third-party support

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Assist with Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, testing, and system changes

Job Title: Oracle EBS Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Oracle EBS Analyst to support and enhance its Oracle E-Business Suite environment. This role will work closely with business users, IT, and leadership to troubleshoot system issues, improve business processes, and identify opportunities to better utilize the organization’s ERP platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS and be comfortable working at the intersection of business operations and technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and helping an organization maximize the value of its ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite users
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate solutions with internal IT teams and third-party support
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand system needs and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Assist with Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, testing, and system changes
• Support ERP-related projects, upgrades, integrations, and implementations
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and data extracts as needed
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system utilization
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and process documentation
• Work with users to improve adoption and effective use of Oracle EBS functionality
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources
• Assist with integrations between Oracle EBS and other business applications
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations to improve the overall ERP environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting or working with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience in an ERP Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into ERP functionality
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with system testing, documentation, and application enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Order Management
• SQL and/or PL/SQL experience
• Experience with Oracle EBS reporting and data extraction
• Experience supporting ERP integrations
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Experience participating in an ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization initiative
