Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant for a hybrid role. The position requires hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules and collaboration with offshore teams to implement and support solutions.

The role emphasizes client engagement, configuration, testing, and documentation, with a focus on delivering stable payroll solutions and end-user training.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
• Bonus Points If: SQL query experience
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus
• Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including location, role, skill set and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.
