Job summary

Deloitte delivers Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to government and public sector clients, helping design, build, and deploy HR tech at scale. The team emphasizes data migration, integration, reporting, and risk management across complex environments.

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work in a hybrid model with centers supporting nationwide locations, traveling up to 10% as needed. A Public Trust clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required to join this team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• 1+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for the full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hybrid Work Model: Residence within commutable distance to Center locations or Geo-Hub locations.
• Travel: Up to 10% overnight travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and/or reporting across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Assist with identifying cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations, escalating risks as needed.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces, middleware, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, and cutover support.
• Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational and compliance reports, and validating data quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues; support testing, go-live, and stabilization.
