Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Manager, Business Ops to oversee a team responsible for pre-order operational activities across sales quotes, orders, purchasing, pricing, and procurement. The role focuses on achieving operational excellence through systems improvements and cross-department coordination.

You will manage and develop the Business Systems Analysts and Operations team, drive KPI-driven performance, and address complex issues while aligning processes with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and develop Business Systems Analysts and Operations team.
• Provide guidance to ensure all systems operate smoothly and coordinate between departments.
• Maximize the efficiency of pre-order business operations procedures.
• Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments.
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
• Resolve highly complex client, account, and processing issues and discrepancies.
• Build processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
• Determine the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
• Assist on special projects and provide ad hoc reports as needed.
