Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance, or related field may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, screens and selects applicants for administrative support roles; educates staff on processes.
• Manages day-to-day work flow and provides mentorship and coverage for staff.
• Develops clear goals and objectives for performance management and communicates accountability.
• Creates a culture of high employee engagement and accountability.
• Implements strategies to improve employee performance including performance improvement plans.
