Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst Associate to support operations services, program delivery, and functional teams.

You will help organize data, develop processes, and collaborate with leadership to ensure deliverables and improvements across projects. The role emphasizes analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, and the use of data analysis tools to enable informed decision-making, with a hybrid work pattern in the USA and onsite

Qualifications

• Analytical and quantitative skills: working with and synthesizing large data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Power automate and/or applications used in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief outs to management regarding work and projects.
• Develop and/or execute existing systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future projects.
• Daily to weekly management of repositories and system updates.
• Document and create process maps, job aids, and work instructions.
• Identify trends impacting service delivery and provide recommendations.
• Monitor and report performance against baseline to ensure costs and schedule objectives are met.
• Quality assurance reviews for onboarding and clearance packets.
• Communicate effectively with delivery leads and leadership to ensure deliverables are met.
• Analyze and present data to support financial forecasting and budgeting.
