Job summary

GDH is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support enterprise applications, analyze issues, document requirements, and assist with project execution. You will act as a liaison between business users and IT, providing application support and participating in system configuration.

You will gather needs from business users, document processes, perform data validation and testing, and help deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business systems support or related IT roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills.
• Experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into detailed requirements with IT.
• Document current and future processes, identify gaps, and support testing.
• Provide daily support for enterprise applications, including incident resolution.
• Communicate system status and updates to stakeholders with high service standards.
• Assist with configuration, testing, data validation, and deployments in Dynamics 365 F&O.
