In this role, you will support multiple ongoing projects within the Continuous Improvement team, rotating through areas to understand how financial services operations function and contribute to company success.

You will work with MS Excel, data analysis, and business process design, ideal for recent graduates in tech or business.

Qualifications

• MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools.
• Recent or soon-to-be graduate in tech or business majors.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs.
• Update process docs, schedule meetings, gather data and analyze.
• Create process mappings and flows.
• Plan and design business processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support operations.
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.
• Estimate costs/benefits and provide recommendations.
• Help launch new initiatives.
