Job summary

The City of Seattle's Seattle Parks and Recreation department seeks a Management Systems Analyst, Operations & Performance to evaluate workflows, analyze data, and build dashboards across centers and programs.

You will collaborate with staff to improve processes, develop reporting tools, and present findings to leadership. A Bachelor's degree and relevant data experience are required; a hybrid schedule with two remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Two years in systems, operational, procedures, research or analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience building or improving databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection, verification, and reporting across systems.
• Develop dashboards and data visualization to track KPIs and trends.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing insights and proposed solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and staffing analysis with data tools.
