Job summary

UPMC is seeking a full-time Manager, Operations to support the UPP Department of Radiology in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on coordinating administrative, financial, and operational functions to ensure efficient patient experiences.

You will oversee scheduling, billing-related activities, and provider templates while supporting leadership with day-to-day business operations in a hybrid in-office setting two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing finances and operations in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to coordinate payroll, budgets, and provider communications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Division's day-to-day finances and infrastructure.
• Maintain contact with University of Pittsburgh faculty regarding subcontracts.
• Assist staff and grants managers with grant submissions and clinical budgets.
• Keep faculty updated on E/M and CPT codes and ensure proper documentation in the medical record.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee HR/compliance activities.
