Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to oversee all administrative operations for one or more radiology centers. This role drives customer service, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement while managing budgets and staff.

Strong leadership and a background in outpatient radiology are essential. The position is full-time, with a 9:00am–5:30pm schedule, and requires travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related medical experience, preferably in outpatient radiology imaging.
• Three years of proven management leading a team of direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Some travel between sites; reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance for company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive relationships with Center customers and deliver extraordinary customer service.
• Communicate Center performance to management and team members.
• Partner with management to ensure profitable growth and increased market share.
• Evaluate current processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Manage Center Supervisors and administrative team; recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Plan and manage budgets; monitor performance and profitability of services offered.
