• Provide visible safety leadership and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee crew effectiveness, quality, and productivity in operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage performance and engagement.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance.
