Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support a team of Operations Associates in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The role combines hands-on leadership with process optimization to drive operational efficiency in a hybrid work setting.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership, finance, and client-facing partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead role.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and managing both in-office and remote team members.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Associates to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to service-level agreements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, finance, and client-facing partners to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
