Job summary

Momenta, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking an Operations Manager to support our supply chain from factory to customer.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, place POs, manage overseas factory relationships, inbound logistics, 3PL warehousing and outbound shipments in a hybrid role with three days in the office. This position emphasizes freight management, compliance, chargebacks, and weekly inventory reconciliation with 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience managing 3PLs.
• Understanding of all transportation modes (LTL, TL, ocean, air).
• Familiarity with HTS codes and duties.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with high-volume consumer goods supply chains.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude to get work done.
• BS in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from PO placement to supplier relations.
• Manage inbound logistics, 3PL relationships, and outbound shipments.
• Own freight relationships, compliance, and chargeback resolution.
• Reconcile inventory with 3PL weekly and adjust discrepancies.
