Job summary

Actalent seeks an Operations Manager to serve as a key integrator across the organization, aligning departments and driving accountability. The role oversees both project and operational performance, coordinating resources and improving efficiency to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and profitably.

The position is hybrid, based in Saint Paul, MN, with occasional on-site reviews and leadership planning sessions.
