Job summary

Publicis Commerce seeks a Manager, Client Operations to ensure efficient team operations and maintain high quality standards. This role supports the Operations Director by managing scoping and establishing processes for best-in-class delivery.

Candidates must reside within commutable distance to Detroit (Troy), Chicago or Cincinnati for hybrid work. The role covers operations support, financials, onboarding and training, and process improvement with emphasis on billable targets and resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing or operations experience, agency or project management preferred.
• Interest in the operations discipline.
• Experience in shopper marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Lead and Client Lead with annual scope development and custom scope enhancements.
• Own staff allocation and budget reports.
• Manage scopes and processes to ensure the team is funded and reports 90% billable.
• Help implement new roles or ways of working to meet client needs.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and contribute to QBRs.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP responses with the team.
