The Philadelphia Green Capital Corp. (PGCC) seeks an Operations and Finance Coordinator to support financial administration, invoicing, reporting, and program tracking across multiple initiatives and funding streams.

The role requires strong organization, process orientation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Based in Philadelphia with hybrid work in-person at 30 S 15th St, Suite 801, the ideal candidate will coordinate payment workflows,

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years in operations, finance, accounting, or grants management.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support financial administration and payment processing.
• Manage receipt, review, and processing of program invoices.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners for AP, reporting, and month-end close.
• Assist with funding source allocation, expense tracking, and grant compliance.
• Maintain contracts, invoices, and payment documentation for compliance.
• Track and report solar energy production and program metrics.
• Update Salesforce and other data systems; ensure timely reporting.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist budgeting, cash flow, and other finance functions.
