Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Data & Operations Analyst to support performance improvement, analyze data, and drive cost-efficient initiatives across the organization. The hybrid role is based at our Brentwood, TN office with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.

You will partner with leaders to research practices, build dashboards, and deliver concise, actionable recommendations. 1–3 years in related fields and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, performance improvement, finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, outliers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Size and prioritize opportunities to improve productivity, resource utilization, and cost effectiveness, and quantify the potential impact of proposed changes.
• Identify and propose metrics, help design scorecards, and work with data team to develop dashboards that provide actionable insights to operators and leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyses, clearly documenting sources, assumptions, and methodology.
• Support operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
