Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Irvine, CA for a fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment environment. This hybrid role combines two days remote work with three days onsite, and focuses on entitlement entry, reporting, order processing, invoicing, and customer support.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations, plus strong MS Office skills and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset to support cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Capable of filtering and gathering customer information in an organized manner from spreadsheets.
• Use database to gather appropriate asset information for customer.
• Serve as Internal Resource supporting Field Sales organization by compiling reports.
• Ability to track tasks to completion over time.
• Assist Field Sales Organization by filling quote requests.
• Update asset data in Salesforce as necessary.
• Review and process entitlement/warranty contract sale data and service invoice entries in Salesforce.
• Work in tandem with Sales and Service Field to facilitate customer support and resolve any warranty issues.
• Provide detailed reports of Service History on Assets as requested.
• Make recommendations for process improvements, best practices and documentation updates.
