This mid-level contract position emphasizes structure, collaboration, and operational excellence across internal communications initiatives with opportunities to improve SOPs, documentation, and shared drives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in corporate operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective, professional communicator.
• Experience supporting internal communications teams (preferred).
• Graphic design skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for seven Communications Business Partners to keep priorities and deliverables on track.
• Plan and manage logistics for internal engagement activities and town halls.
• Maintain and optimize team calendars; resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage shared channels and mailboxes; triage requests with timely responses.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and documentation for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
