Job summary

Piper Companies is hiring a hybrid Operations Associate in the Raleigh-Durham area to join a life insurance and annuity solutions provider. The role sits on-site 3 days a week from 9am–6pm and involves managing client communications about claims and services.

You will resolve requests, explain contract benefits, process service actions, and provide portal assistance. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, call-center multitasking ability, basic Microsoft Office skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.
Ability to pass call center simulation ( multitasking, listening, computer use ).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working in customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
