Piper Companies in the Raleigh-Durham area is seeking a Hybrid Operations Associate to join a life insurance and annuities company. The role sits on site 3 days a week from 9am to 6pm and focuses on delivering responsive client service across calls, email, chat, and text.

You will handle claims and service requests, explain contract benefits, assist with portal navigation, and support withdrawals or changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required.
• Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
• Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
• Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
• Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
