Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or a relevant field of work.
• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, product operations, or related field.
• Strong strategic storytelling ability to synthesize complex information into leadership-ready presentations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Solutions-focused problem-solver with ability to handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of P&T’s strategy and priorities, bringing clarity to focus areas.
• Assist the annual strategic planning process by translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership and board audiences.
• Craft storytelling to align internal and external stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Accelerate delivery of priorities by tracking progress and surfacing opportunities.
