Job summary

SEI is expanding its Investment Manager Services Division and seeks an Operations Analyst for the Hedge Fund Transfer Agency and Investor Servicing team in Pennsylvania. The role supports investor reporting, daily operations and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with clients and colleagues by phone and in person, process trades with high accuracy, reconcile cash, and generate client reports while maintaining strict controls and quality.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external clients, as well as teammates, on the telephone and in person in a professional and accurate manner.
• Undertake and process all trades received by telephone or transmission by established cut-off times with 100% accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update shareholder accounts. Navigate the Transfer Agent system efficiently.
• Ensure that client and investor deliverable requirements are met on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and produce client reports.
• Process shareholder wire reports and custody money movements; assist in resolution of issues with internal/external support.
• Assist with communication within the department and with investors, clients, financial reporting and audits.
• Support various trading products.
• Attend IMS sessions to identify process improvements and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
