Job summary

SEI seeks an entry-level Middle Office Operations Analyst to support Registered Investment Advisors and SEI Wealth Network in Oaks, PA. You will provide account and operational management with daily client contact, building knowledge of SEI Funds, products and processes.

You will work with SEI Private Trust Company and Sales teams, handling inquiries and improving processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Heavy interaction with internal and external clients via phone, Teams, email, and in person.
• Review, analyze, and enter client information and transactions across multiple systems.
• Coordinate, communicate and process Broker Dealer Change Process.
