Job summary

SEI in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Securities Analyst to support the Global Wealth Services Operations Unit. The role focuses on processing traditional asset settlements for foreign trades and supporting external clients, with oversight of multi-currency transactions related to custody and FX.

The analyst will work with domestic and international counterparties, ensuring timely settlements, accurate accounting, and strict confidentiality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/finance or business.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate multiple duties and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify client information and transactions.
• Set up securities and maintain general account data.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
