Job summary

SEI in the United States is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to engage with clients and teammates on the telephone and in person, process trades with accuracy, and maintain shareholder accounts within the Transfer Agent system.

You will perform daily cash reconciliations, produce client reports, support various trading products, and ensure deliverables meet internal and external requirements while upholding SEI values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience. Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client support.
• Customer service skills for daily client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and teammates on the telephone and in person in a professional and accurate manner.
• Undertake and process all trades with 100% accuracy and quality at established cut-offs.
• Maintain and update shareholder accounts in the Transfer Agent system.
• Ensure client and investor deliverable requirements are met on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and produce client reports.
• Process shareholder wire reports and custody money movements; escalate issues with documentation and following procedures.
• Assist with communication within the department and with investors, clients, and auditors.
• Support various trading products and participate in professional development sessions.
