Job summary
Sitestream, a Polaris Software company based in Beverly, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our fast-growing public-safety technology platform. You will transform operational data into actionable insights, partner with Finance, Product and Technology, and help optimize margins and program outcomes.
In this hybrid role, you will track performance from data sources, develop dashboards, and provide accurate operational drivers for forecasting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience analyzing operational or commercial performance.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/BI proficiency.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and data sources.
Responsibilities
- Track performance from capture through review, notice production, and payment.
- Interrogate and model cost per offence type, camera performance and cash flow.
- Use dashboards to spot exceptions and investigate underlying causes.
- Combine data from multiple sources and ensure data quality for teams.
- Partner with operational owners to act on findings and drive actions.
- Analyze processing, service costs and cloud usage to lower cost to serve.
- Provide actionable operational drivers to Finance for forecasting.
- Develop forward-looking analyses and tests with operational teams.
