Job summary

Sitestream, a Polaris Software company based in Beverly, MA, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the citations processing team in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. This working manager role requires hands-on processing, scheduling, coaching and reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will oversee workflow, prioritize tasks, ensure accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and partner with Support Engineer and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in operations, data processing or compliance environments.
• Experience in SLA-driven, high-volume processing roles.
• Familiarity with citations or law enforcement systems is advantageous.
• Ability to produce operational reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipeline oversight and SLA management across citations processing.
• Direct day-to-day workflow and prioritisation in real time.
• Manage team scheduling and performance coaching.
• Hands-on citations processing during peak periods.
• Support training, onboarding and development of new processors.
• Collaborate with Support Engineer and Product teams on issues affecting operations.
• Produce regular pipeline and performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure strict accuracy, quality assurance and compliance with confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scale capacity.
