Job summary

Constellation Inc in Washington, DC seeks a Business Operations Analyst to evaluate processes, people, and technology for our clients’ operations. The analyst will work independently or as part of a contractor team to analyze business challenges and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include developing analytics, building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, establishing KPIs, delivering progress reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing reports, dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and for our client in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• US citizenship with suitability for DHS clearance; DoD Top-Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical methods and tools to evaluate data and recommend solutions.
• Create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to support decision-making.
• Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and document requirements.
• Maintain project trackers and schedules.
• Draft analysis plans, reports, and client briefings.
• Support program leadership with meeting coordination.
• Manage operational data and trackers per agency policy.
