Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn project management or task-tracking software.
• Ability to use AI tools to streamline routine work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track New Employee Orientation tasks for each cohort.
• Assist with New Employee Orientation sessions and facilitate when needed.
• Support on-site logistics, materials, and attendee communications.
• Create and maintain orientation resources and job aids.
• Collaborate with Talent Development, HR, IT, Facilities and stakeholders.
• Provide onboarding follow-up and support for related activities.
