Qualifications

• Master's degree or JD or equivalent education/experience required.
• At least five years' professional experience related to conflict resolution and handling sensitive matters.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality within legal limits.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, neutral ombud services to faculty and staff.
• Explain policies and options and help generate approaches for addressing concerns.
• Facilitate informal conversations and conflict-resolution processes between parties.
• Provide de-identified feedback to University leadership on patterns and systemic issues.
