Harmony At Home Senior Care in Plano, TX is seeking a Hybrid Office Assistant / Caregiver to blend office duties with hands-on client care. The role starts in the Plano office, handling phones, paperwork, and onboarding, with mileage paid when dispatched to client homes for caregiving.

Regular hours are 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Friday, part-time with potential for more client shifts and growth into advanced office tasks or management roles as you learn the business.

Qualifications

• Office experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with basic computer and office tasks.
• Experience in caregiving or home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing paperwork.
• Preparing client folders and information packets.
• Light data entry and updating basic tracking lists.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office area.
• Assisting with onboarding and caregiver paperwork.
