Qualifications

• Maintain a consistent afternoon schedule (Mon-Thu 12:00–4:00).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow client care plans and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide meal preparation and snacks.
• Give medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Offer companionship and supervision in the client’s home.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with errands or transportation as needed.
