Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a talented Organizational Development Consultant for a full-time contract in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role partners with leadership to assess needs, design interventions, and improve culture, performance, and change management.

Requires 4–8 years in OD or related fields and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, on-site) with potential for renewal and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, HR consulting, or learning and development roles.
• Certification in OD, talent management, coaching, or leadership development is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading organizational interventions and training.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement and increased effectiveness.
• Design and implement talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies to support major business initiatives and transitions.
• Analyze workforce trends, employee feedback, and organizational metrics to inform interventions.
• Facilitate group sessions, workshops, focus groups, and training events for professional growth and team alignment.
• Develop resources, tools, and communication materials to support OD initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Support performance management processes, career development planning, and succession strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and teams on organizational best practices.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and report on the effectiveness of OD programs to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging theories in organizational development.
