Job summary

OEC Group is seeking an Ocean Import Coordinator in Santa Ana, CA. You will coordinate day-to-day import shipments, process documentation, and report shipment statuses to carriers, customers, and warehouses. A strong focus on accuracy and timely communication is essential.

Requirements include at least 1 year in ocean import/export operations, experience with CargoWise One, and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in ocean import/export operations in freight forwarding.
• Proficiency with CargoWise One and Microsoft Office.
• Clear and effective communication skills; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic files (Arrival Notice, 7501, BOL issuance, etc.).
• Track and update ocean import containers/shipments in CargoWise One.
• Communicate delays or documentation issues to clients and overseas agents.
• Resolve issues between customers, carriers, and vendors.
