Job summary

1st Executive is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to lead procurement across Americas events. You’ll manage suppliers, sourcing, contracts and processes, collaborating with regional event teams and global stakeholders.

Based in New York with hybrid work (3 days per week in the NYC office), you’ll drive end-to-end RFPs, negotiate terms, oversee budgets and ensure compliant supplier onboarding for fast-paced, international events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Event, FMCG procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Experience with budgeting and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management across local and global teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activity across regional events and manage supplier sourcing.
• Run end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes from spec to supplier selection.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and outcomes.
• Manage contracts, insurance, compliance and onboarding.
