Job summary

SailGP is looking for a Regional Procurement Manager to oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships for events. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office, focusing on ensuring compliance with procurement policies and effective supplier sourcing.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Event/FMCG procurement and will play a crucial role in financial management and process integration, ensuring the success of SailGP events across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Event/FMCG procurement, Supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and budgeting processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and resilience.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across all events.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes.
• Draft and manage RFP/RFQ documents.
• Ensure all contracts and compliance documents are collected.
• Support post-event reconciliation and reporting.
